CIRCLE-T Project informs that the privacy of users and compliance with GDPR regulations is its priority. The following privacy policy outlines how we process collected data, to whom it is disclosed, and how it is secured.

The website may uses cookies to collect usage data for analytical and optimization purposes, as well as for targeting marketing content. These are cookies from services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel. This site also uses external cookies – we integrate third-party tools and services on the website to improve user experience. These tools include services that allow us to embed multimedia on the website – e.g., we may use YouTube to embed videos and may use services like Spotify or Vimeo for sharing audio or other media content. CIRCLE-T Project nor Varsztatovnia Foundation is not the data controller for information collected via such cookies and does not have access to it. Personal data stored in the data controller’s databases is protected in accordance with required security procedures and good IT security practices. Unauthorized persons do not have access to the data we store, and our systems’ security is regularly updated and improved. However, due to the nature of internet communication, no data transmission over the Internet can be completely secure. Despite our commitment to protecting user privacy, we cannot guarantee 100% security of all stored information. Individuals providing data do so at their own risk.

The data controller does not share users’ personal data with third parties. However, we reserve the right to disclose such data in exceptional cases where a legal requirement arises, a court order is issued, or when disclosure is necessary to protect the rights of the project’s consortium, including intellectual property rights.

The data controller may share collected personal data with authorized members of staff when necessary to perform their duties and with event coordinators when necessary to implement events.

Please note that due to regular updates and modernization of the IT systems this privacy policy may change. If so, all changes will be reflected on this page. Such changes will not affect our overall commitment to protecting the privacy of our users.
